The growth plan

What is my website actually doing for me?

You have paid for websites for years and nobody has ever shown you a number. This is the part where that changes. Your site stops being a brochure and starts working, and you get one screen that shows you exactly what it produced.

The problem

Every year you pay for the website. Nobody ever tells you what it did.

You know what your rent costs and what it buys you. You know what your van costs. The website is the one line on your books that nobody has ever put a number next to.

And the reason is simple. A normal website cannot tell you anything. It shows information and waits. Somebody calls, or they do not, and you never find out which page made them call or how many left without calling at all.

What we build

What an agentic website is

An agentic website is a website that does work instead of only showing information. Three things make it agentic.

01

It captures

Every person who arrives, what they were looking for, what they asked, and what they did next. Nothing depends on someone remembering to write it down.

02

It acts

It answers, books, reminds, follows up and hands the person to the system your office already runs on, with the fields already filled in.

03

It reports

One screen, on your own domain, showing what came in, what got booked, and what the website produced this month. In your numbers, not in traffic charts.

The website you have today does none of the three. That is the whole difference, and it is worth more than any redesign.

The control panel

One login, on your own domain

Not three tools and three passwords. One place, with your name on it.

What you see

  • Who came in from the website, and what they wanted
  • What got booked, and what is coming this week
  • Which service and which area brought them
  • What the website produced this month

What you can do from it

  • Change your text, photos, prices and hours
  • Publish an article without calling anyone
  • See what needs your attention today
  • Send it all into the system your office already runs

When twenty jobs came from the website last month and you know what a job is worth to you, the website stops being a cost you cannot measure. That number is the reason to keep going, and it is also the reason to stop if it is not there.

Examples

What it can be taught to do

Nobody needs all of this. These are examples so you can picture it. What gets built depends on where your business is actually losing people.

If people forget to show up

Booking with reminders

A customer picks a time on your website and it lands on the panel a second later. The day before, a reminder goes out with a link to move the appointment instead of losing it.

If reviews decide your market

Review requests that send themselves

You mark the job finished. The request goes out on its own, to the right platform, at the hour people actually answer. The count on your panel goes up.

If they want a number first

Instant estimates

Three short questions and the visitor sees a range instead of a contact form. The request reaches you with every answer already filled in.

If leads go quiet

Follow up that does not depend on memory

A quote sits for two days with no answer. A message goes out by itself, in your voice, and the reply comes back into the panel.

Two more that come up often.

IF YOU MISS CALLS AFTER HOURS

Answers at 10 PM

The questions you answer every day get answered while you sleep, from your own information. Anything real waits for you in the morning.

IF YOUR BUSINESS KEEPS CHANGING

New pages as you grow

A new service, a new area, a new person on the team. Each one gets its page, its questions and its schema, so the picture stays complete.

How it works

The first month builds the panel. After that we build one piece at a time.

  1. MONTH 1

    We build the control panel

The panel goes up on your domain, connected to your site and to the systems your office already runs on. This is the month we do the plumbing, and we do it properly.

  2. MONTH 1

    We watch what actually happens

Real traffic, real inquiries, for a few weeks. Not opinions about where you lose people. The panel shows us.

  3. THEN

    We build the first piece

The one where you are losing the most. If people forget appointments, that is booking and reminders. If quotes go cold, that is follow up. We tell you why that one first.

  4. EVERY MONTH AFTER

    The next piece

One at a time, in an order that makes sense, each one measured in the panel before we move to the next. Nothing gets switched on because it sounded good in a meeting.

This is the same reason we map a business before we automate it. Building in the wrong order is how people end up paying monthly for things nobody uses.

Built for you, not rented

  • Open source pieces, configured for your business
  • Lives on your domain, in your name
  • No per user fees as your team grows
  • Nothing you need locked behind an upgrade

It connects. It does not replace.

  • What your office runs on keeps running
  • Work is handed over with the fields filled in
  • Your customer finishes in seconds
  • We are the front door, not your record system

Running it is our problem

  • Hosting, the panel, the booking system, the editor
  • Updates, backups and monitoring
  • One bill, not six subscriptions
  • If something breaks at 2 AM, it is on us
The terms

Month to month. You stay if it is working.

  1. No contract and no minimum. You can stop at the end of any month.

  2. Everything stays yours. The site, the domain, the content, the code, the panel.

  3. You see the numbers we see. The same panel, every day, not a report we write about ourselves.

  4. It starts with the rebuild. We cannot connect a panel to a website we did not build, because we would be guessing at what is underneath it.

That last one is not a sales rule. Connections built on top of an old site break constantly, and then you are paying us to fix things that should never have been fragile. The rebuild is what makes everything after it hold.

Questions

Questions about the growth plan

What does it cost?

It depends on what we build and in what order, and we will not quote you a number before we understand your business. What we can tell you is how we think about it. The panel shows what the website produced. If that number is not clearly bigger than what you are paying us, you should stop, and we will tell you so ourselves.

Can I start the growth plan without the rebuild?

No. Not because we want to sell you two things, but because connecting a panel to a website we did not build means guessing at what is underneath it. Old sites rarely have a clean way in, and the connections we would build on top of one break constantly. The rebuild is what makes everything after it hold.

Do I pay for hosting and the other tools separately?

No. Hosting, the control panel, the booking system, the editor, the updates, the backups and the monitoring are all included. One bill instead of six subscriptions, and nobody sends you a renewal notice for something you did not know you had.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No. It is month to month. You stop at the end of any month and everything stays in your name and keeps working.

Will this replace the software my office already uses?

No, and we will argue against it if you suggest it. Whatever you have run on for years keeps running. The panel sits in front of it and hands work over automatically, with the information already filled in.

Who owns everything?

You do. The domain, the website, the content, the code and the panel are registered in your name. If you leave, none of it stops working.

How is this different from paying an agency a monthly retainer?

A retainer buys you activity and a monthly report written by the people you are paying. This builds one thing at a time into an asset you own, and you watch the numbers in the same panel we do. If the panel is not showing results, that is visible to both of us immediately.

What if I only want one piece, like booking?

That is usually how it starts. We build the panel, we see where you are actually losing people, and often the answer is one piece. Nobody needs all of it.

I want to talk to someone before deciding.

Of course. Book a call here and we will go through your business and tell you honestly whether this is worth it for you right now.

A website that finally shows you what it is doing.
