Agreement to these terms

The AI Management is a brand of Capp Group Corp, the registered business responsible for this website and these messages.

By using this website, booking a call, paying a deposit or engaging The AI Management for work, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services. When these terms say "we" or "us", they mean The AI Management, a Miami, Florida business, reachable at consult@theaimanagement.com.

Using the site

You may browse the site, read and share its articles with a link, and use it to contact us, book a call or buy from us. You may not copy the site or its content for commercial reuse, scrape it at a volume that interferes with it, attempt to gain access to systems or accounts that are not yours, or use it for anything unlawful.

Our services and engagements

The services we offer are described on this site. What a particular engagement includes, what it costs, how long it takes and what you receive at the end are set out on the page you buy from at the time you buy, and in any written proposal or agreement we send you. Where these terms and a written agreement for an engagement differ, the written agreement governs that engagement.

Our work depends on the information you give us about your business and on your availability for the sessions it involves. Timelines stated on the site assume both.

Payments

Payments on this site are processed by Stripe. Where an engagement is paid in stages, the page you buy from states the deposit and when the balance is due. By completing a payment you authorise the charge shown on the payment page, and you confirm that the name and email address you enter are yours and are accurate. Receipts are sent by email to that address.

Prices are in US dollars. Any refund or cancellation terms for an engagement are those stated on its page or in its written agreement.

SMS Terms

Call us at (754) 581-8112. If we cannot answer, we will text you back at the number you called from.

By calling The AI Management and not reaching us, you agree to receive one text reply from The AI Management so we can help you, followed by a short conversation if you reply. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for help, or email consult@theaimanagement.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How we handle the information in those messages is set out in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data.

Content and ownership

The text, images, video, code and design of this site belong to The AI Management or to those who have licensed them to us. The articles are written to be read and shared with a link. Reproducing them elsewhere in full, or presenting them as your own, is not permitted. Names and logos of other companies that appear on the site belong to their owners and are shown to describe the tools we work with.

Ownership of the deliverables from an engagement is set out on the page you buy from and in its written agreement.

Third-party services and links

The site relies on services run by other companies, including Stripe for payments, Cal.com for scheduling, and the live demonstration app at app.theaimanagement.com. It also links to outside sources in its articles. Those services and sites have their own terms and privacy policies, which apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for their content or conduct.

No guarantees of specific outcomes

The site and its articles are provided for general information. They are not legal, financial or tax advice. We describe what we have seen work and what we would do, and we do our work carefully, but we cannot guarantee a particular business result, search ranking, AI recommendation, revenue figure or saving. Outcomes depend on your business, your market and decisions that are yours to make.

The site is provided as it is and as it is available. We do not promise that it will always be free of errors or interruptions.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, The AI Management is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits or lost business, arising from your use of the site or our services. Our total liability to you for any claim connected to an engagement is limited to the amount you paid us for that engagement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved between us will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update this page and the effective date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. The terms that applied when you bought an engagement continue to apply to that engagement.
