Privacy Policy
Effective September 17, 2026
This policy explains what The AI Management collects when you visit theaimanagement.com, contact us, book a call or pay a deposit, why we collect it, who handles it on our behalf, and the choices you have.
Who we are
The AI Management is a brand of Capp Group Corp, the registered business responsible for this website and these messages.
The AI Management is a Miami, Florida business. We prepare businesses for AI and build the AI version of them. You can reach us at consult@theaimanagement.com. When this policy says "we" or "us", it means The AI Management.
When you contact us
The AI Management collects your name, phone number, email address and the content of your messages when you contact us, so we can respond and schedule with you. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
If you call us and we cannot pick up, we may send you one text reply so we can help you, and a short conversation follows only if you reply. How that works, and how to stop it, is set out in the SMS Terms. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.
When you book a call
Calls are scheduled through Cal.com. When you book, Cal.com collects your name, your email address, the time you chose and anything you type into the booking form, and passes them to us so we can hold the meeting and send you the invitation. Cal.com handles that information under its own privacy policy.
When you pay a deposit
Payments on this site are processed by Stripe. We ask for your name and email address so the receipt reaches you and we know who the engagement is for. Your card details are entered into a form served by Stripe and go directly to Stripe. We never receive, see or store your card number.
After a payment, the page offers a booking calendar so you can choose your onboarding session. That booking is handled by Cal.com as described above.
What is collected automatically
Like most websites, this one records some information without you typing it. Three things do that here.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are read and how people arrive. It sets cookies and records the pages you visit, the approximate location your connection comes from, and your device and browser type. We use it in aggregate to improve the site.
- Advertising measurement. When we run ads, a measurement pixel from OpenAI sets a cookie so we can tell whether an ad brought you to the site and whether a booking or a payment followed. It is used to measure our advertising, not to build a profile of you for other purposes.
- Hosting logs. The site is hosted on Netlify, which keeps standard server logs, including the IP address a request came from and the time it was made, for security and to keep the site running.
You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings. Google also offers a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics. Blocking these does not stop the site working.
How we use what we collect
We use the information above to respond to you and schedule with you, to deliver the work you have engaged us for, to process payments and send receipts, to understand how the site is used, to measure our advertising, to keep the site and our accounts secure, and to meet legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.
Who handles it on our behalf
A small number of service providers process information for us, only to provide their service, and only what that service needs.
- Stripe, for payments and receipts.
- Cal.com, for scheduling.
- Google, for analytics.
- OpenAI, for advertising measurement.
- Netlify, for hosting.
- Our telephone and text-messaging provider, for calls and texts.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone’s safety, or as part of a sale or reorganisation of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply to it.
How long we keep it
We keep messages, booking details and engagement records for as long as we are working with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can answer questions about the work. Payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Analytics data is retained on the schedule Google applies to our account. You can ask us to delete information sooner, and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices
- To stop receiving texts, reply STOP to any message from us. Reply HELP for help.
- To see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, email consult@theaimanagement.com and we will respond within thirty days.
- To limit analytics and advertising cookies, use your browser settings or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
If the law where you live gives you additional rights over your personal information, we will honour them. Write to the same address.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Payments never touch our servers. Access to the accounts that hold your information is limited to the people who need it to do the work. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot promise otherwise, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you give us.
Children
This site and our services are for businesses and the adults who run them. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under eighteen. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
When we change what we collect or how we use it, we will update this page and the effective date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
